Reflection
Light cannot be contained. When God's light shines in your life, you can't—and shouldn't—keep it to yourself. The only way light conquers darkness is when people who have received the light stand with Jesus and are willing to be sent like Jesus.
Jesus was sent into the world with a specific mission: to reveal the Father's heart, to show us the path of life, and to lay down His life for the sins of the world. He came from God, eternal and transcendent, yet He stood in solidarity with broken humanity. And He didn't come alone—He stood with the Father who sent Him.
For all who have received Christ's light, there's a calling to share that light with others. This isn't optional for those who follow Jesus. When people see your good deeds—your kindness, generosity, patience, love—they should actually be seeing God through you. Your life becomes a window through which others glimpse the divine.
The religious leaders couldn't see Jesus for who He was because they were too concerned with protecting their status and power. But Jesus calls us to a different way—not hoarding light for ourselves, but becoming carriers of His light to every dark corner of the world.

Who in your life is walking in darkness and needs to see the light of Christ through you?
Action Step
Reach out to someone this week who's struggling. Offer practical help, a listening ear, or words of encouragement that point them toward hope in Christ.
Prayer
Father, You've given me Your light not to hide but to share. Make me a faithful carrier of Your light to those around me. Use my life to reveal Your love. Amen.
