"How sweet are your words to my taste, sweeter than honey to my mouth!" -- Psalm 119:103 (NIV)

Prayer

Father, give me a taste for your word. Where Scripture has become routine or dutiful for me, restore the sweetness. Open my eyes to see what is really in the text -- your character, your promises, your presence. Let your word be honey in my mouth. Let me crave it the way the psalmist did, with a craving that only deepens the more I am fed. Amen.
