Prayer for The Suffering Servant and the Suffering Saint

A companion prayer to The Suffering Servant and the Suffering Saint Daily Devotion.

"He was pierced for our transgressions; he was crushed for our iniquities; upon him was the chastisement that brought us peace, and with his wounds we are healed." — Isaiah 53:5 (ESV)

Jesus, You were pierced for me. You were crushed for me. My peace cost You everything. I am undone by that love. Let the truth of what You suffered for me be the anchor I return to every time my own suffering threatens to overwhelm me. Amen.
