A companion prayer to The Fruit That Grows Through Trials Daily Devotion.

"But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control." - Galatians 5:22-23 (NIV)

Holy Spirit, I confess that I often lack patience and try to control situations beyond my power. Thank You that patience is a fruit You want to grow in me. Use my current trials to cultivate this quality, and help me submit to Your refining process. Amen.
