Prayer for Prayer as Passionate Lament

A companion prayer to the Prayer as Passionate Lament Daily Devotion.

"Since my people are crushed, I am crushed; I mourn, and horror grips me." - Jeremiah 8:21 (NIV)

God, my heart breaks over the pain and injustice I see around me. I lament the suffering of the innocent, the oppression of the weak, and the brokenness of our world. I cry out to You because I believe You can change things. Transform my grief into hope and my lament into action. Use me to bring Your healing to a hurting world. Amen.
