Prayer for Learning to Pray

A companion prayer to the Learning to Pray Daily Devotion.

"One day Jesus was praying in a certain place. When he finished, one of his disciples said to him, 'Lord, teach us to pray, just as John taught his disciples.'" Luke 11:1 .

Lord, teach me to pray. Help me approach You not with fear or formality, but as a beloved child coming to a loving Father. Remove any barriers I've built and help me discover the joy of intimate conversation with You. Amen.
