Prayer for Learning from Faith Heroes

A companion prayer to the Learning from Faith Heroes Daily Devotion.

"As an example of patience in the face of suffering, take the prophets who spoke in the name of the Lord. As you know, we count as blessed those who have persevered." - James 5:10-11 (NIV)

Lord, thank You for the examples of faithful men and women who have gone before me. When I'm tempted to give up or lose patience, help me remember their stories and draw strength from their faith. Give me the same perseverance and trust they demonstrated. Amen.
