Prayer for Joy as a Way of Life

A companion prayer to the Joy as a Way of Life Daily Devotion.

"The angel said to them, 'Fear not, for behold, I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people.'" Luke 2:10

Father, thank You for the gift of joy that comes from knowing Jesus. Help me remember that I am completely forgiven, secure in Your love, and part of Your family. When circumstances weigh me down, remind me that my joy is rooted in You, not in my situation. Amen.
