Prayer for I Like You Just the Way You Are

A companion prayer to the I Like You Just the Way You Are Daily Devotion.

"See what kind of love the Father has given to us, that we should be called children of God; and so we are." — 1 John 3:1 (ESV)

Father, I have spent so long believing I need to earn Your love. Today I receive what Jesus made possible — I am Your child, delighted in, chosen, and held. Let that truth go so deep that suffering cannot shake it. Thank You for the love that never quits. Amen.
