Prayer for Don’t Be Afraid

A companion prayer to the Don't Be Afraid Daily Devotion.

"But Jesus came and touched them. 'Get up,' he said. 'Don't be afraid.'" - Matthew 17:7

Lord, I confess that fear comes easily to me. Thank you that you don't stand at a distance from my anxiety. You come close. You reach down. Help me today to receive your touch and trust your words: don't be afraid. Amen.
