Prayer for Coming Home to Joy and Peace

A companion prayer to the Coming Home to Joy and Peace Daily Devotion.

"For to us a child is born, to us a son is given...And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace." Isaiah 9:6

Prince of Peace, thank You for this season of drawing near to You. Thank You for the gift of Your Son, Jesus, who brings joy and peace that the world cannot give. Help me to walk in the path of peace You've prepared, to cherish Your people, to seek Your presence daily, and to believe Your promises completely. Let the joy and peace of this Christmas season transform my entire life. In Jesus' name, Amen.
