Prayer for Breaking Free from Guilt Trips

A companion prayer to the Breaking Free from Guilt Trips Daily Devotion.

"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness." - 1 John 1:9

Lord, I confess that I sometimes get stuck on guilt trips that steal my joy and peace. Help me distinguish between healthy conviction and destructive shame. When I've confessed my sins, give me the faith to accept Your complete forgiveness. Free me from cycles of self-condemnation so I can serve You with confidence. Amen.
