Prayer for “Be Glad”

A companion prayer to the Be Glad Daily Devotion.

Scripture of the Day

"Rejoice with those who rejoice; mourn with those who mourn." — Romans 12:15 NIV

Prayer

Lord, deliver me from a critical spirit. Deliver me from the subtle jealousy that masquerades as discernment. Teach me to be genuinely glad when I see Your grace at work — in anyone, anywhere, in any way. Let Your joy be my strength today. In Jesus' name, Amen.
