“Apart from Me, you can do nothing.” – John 15:5
Reflection
Prayer is not a religious task; it’s a relationship of dependence. If we believe we can do nothing apart from Christ, then prayer becomes our breath — our first response, not our last resort.
George Müller, who housed thousands of orphans on prayer alone, once said, “The beginning of anxiety is the end of faith; the beginning of true faith is the end of anxiety.”
Dependence expresses itself through persistent, trusting prayer.
Prayer
Jesus, I want to remain in You today. Teach me to pray without ceasing — not with fancy words, but with a heart that knows it needs You. Amen.
